I Found three AOL chats with Julie Benz from quite a few years ago.

Someone asked Ms Benz what I like to call "Our Favorite Question"

Her answer was. "Do I have to answer that" and she did not answer it.

Unless there is some other discussion or confirmation of Ms Benz ticklishness, such is the only thing I found related to her ticklishness or lack of.

She answered that question via Cameo a while back, but it was obvious by her answer that the requester had told her the message was for his little daughter, so...yeesh.
