I never heard of the series itself, but pretty cool how it was ahead of its time

It was a guy getting his feet tickled I thought, it was actually really exciting when giggles the villain played by Sung Hi Lee started tickling with her nails, only wish she did it longer and she tormented him verbally. Makes your heart race seeing it on an actual movie doesnt it 🙂

I just found it too, loved seeing her tickle his foot, that is some serious heart racing exciting stuff to watch
 
Is there any tickle talk from the female villain or mentions of ticklishness from Black Scorpion herself in this episode?

Dont think so, well not really, the female villain giggles just starts tickling the guy argyles foot while hes tied up, theres a written breakdown of the scene where it says that giggles tickles his feet with her nails because it's more effective than the feather and that she sees his reaction from her nails so she does it some more but no real mention in the movie
