Not sure what the background commentary language is, but the girl is speaking Japanese, and says something like "Again, Master?".

They speak polish. He says “Being elastic is important in yoga Plus (name of a mobile network company”). It will help you stretch your abilities and also your back”.

The thing she says means „It makes sense”, which is “Ma to sens” in polish. But she says “sensei” instead of “sens” because of the yoga thing. It’s a wordplay joke. So nothing tickling related in the dialogue.
