I was at a theme park the other day, and i noticed how alot of girls took off their shoes/sandles before getting on the rollercoasters (which is always a good thing for foot lovers), but there is a rollercoaster the (and UK people might know what i mean) called "Air"
It basically straps you in with your legs hanging down, then tips you 90 degrees backwards so youre facing the floor, with your chest and knees strapped in place. While waiting in the station, i was thinking "wow, it'd be so easy to just walk up behind them and start tickling their feet, because there is NOTHING they could do about it. Its like extreme bondage, in a non-sexual situation"

I can see how you would be tempted, but resist the temptation. Tickling a stranger in a public place might get you arrested for simple assault.

Funny thought, man. x) Though I was thinking more along the lines of sneakily strategically placing a few feathers along the ride so their feet would brush up against them as the ride progressed...but perhaps the adrenalin would cancel out the tickling effect? lol!

Lol, not to worry, thats something id never do. Id never touch/tickle a stranger, no matter how tempting. Mind power!
 
There's a ride like that in Illinois at Six Flags called Superman. I would never take off my shoes tho. Someone might steal them.

Why do people take their shoes off anyway? Unless they're sandals or slip ons, because then they'd go flying and hit someone in the head.

Meh, they just like teasing us foot-lovers, methinks. They know all about us, and they're devious little brats. That's my reasoning. xP

Granted, you're not a foot-lover, Annie, so I guess you're exempt. xD
 
I am one of those people who do take their shoes off before a ride such as Air.
And its not because my feet stink or anything. I just don't want to lose a shoe when I'm on a ride and then have to walk around the rest of a day with no shoes on. I do it on such rides as the Iceblast of Blackpool pleasure beach and so forth.
 
I made a similar post to this on TCC, except it was about the ride Tatsu at Six Flags Magic Mountain. Pretty much said the same thing cuz I was pretty much thinkin' the same thing the first time I saw it, lol. It'd be fun to tickle a friend that way, only problem is you're either on the ride or behind the fence, so... lol, unless you worked there and a friend happened to be getting on... But one good thing about it is that if someone with nice feet sits in front of you and they take off their shoes, you get a nice view with the ride (didn't happen with me, unfortunately).
 
I went to Disney earlier this year and the "ride" Soaring requires those wearing flip-flops or sandles to take off their shoes.. The whole platform you are sitting on moves out over open space and another platform will be either above or below you as they show panoramic views of waterfalls, fields, ocean, etc.. absolutely breathtaking. But the platform actually has no floor so we could just see the dangling feet (many of them bare and female) of those on the platform above us.. I remember thinking my hubby would have enjoyed that experience.. ;-)

I was on that one a few weeks ago. Watched the guy who was right in front of me lose his cellphone about halfway through the ride, it hit a post and shattered.
