I'm 24 years old and my boyfriend is 27.
We've only started dating about 6 weeks ago.
We're both Korean but I moved to California when I was 3 and he moved when he was 15.
I'm not sure if he's interested, help me out.

I'm very shy about it, because I think it's kind of 'weird' to tell people you're into it, so I never bring it up.

He brought it up first. He has three cats (koreans, you know). He told me in english they are ticklish on their feet and showed me. I didn't say anything.
After when he did it again he said it in Korean pretending to 'forget' the word in english which then made me say the word in english.
He tried to make me say the word again "forgeting" again but I pretended to change the subject. Later in the day, he kind of poked me in the ribs and I pulled away.

What do you think?
 
Apparently he keeps returning to the topic, and he started tickling you. He may not be "into it", but at least he thinks it's fun. Otherwise he wouldn't mention it!
 
The only way to really know is to ask. Sucks I know, but it sounds like it will have good results. :bubble:
 
I say go for it. He seems to already enjoy tickling you. Sounds like a win-win situation.
 
I wouldn't really debate it ... just do it.
He's shown you some signs and obviously has nothing against it.
Even though it seems like having a tickling fetish is the weirdest thing in the world to us... to everyone else it's really not that big of a deal.

Most guys like tickling women because it's an innocent way of touching their body and getting away with it.

It's how we learn to flirt as young people.

Well, yes, you do make a good point. I suppose that finding out whether or not he's into it on the same level that you are would be kind of difficult without directly asking. At the very least, have you ever waited until after he tickles you and playfully told him that you like it when he does that? Even if that doesn't lead to confirmation of his interest level, it should lead to more tickling interaction for ya. I'm really rooting for you here. Please do keep us updated. 🙂

ok sure, you can add me as a friend/contacy if you can do that on this website.
It's a different relationship than your average north american boyfriend-girlfriend relationship.
Our parents are also involved, it might lead to marriage if we all get along - Korean thing, you know.

But I really like him, I hope he feels the same about me.

here's some advice for you, even though it might be hard, next time he starts poking you, don't pull away 😛 Then maybe you can see if he keeps poking you or only pokes you once and moves on lol

I say go for it. You have to be honest with him and upfront. I think that is best.

Like mammers said it's not as big of a deal as we make it out to be. Not to the rest of the world.

For all you know he may be thinking the same thing you are.
