Well admittedly, what typically happens is that an ad on a site will try to put spyware on your computer. It's not actually the fault of the site itself but of the advertiser being malicious.

This sort of thing happens with a lot of sites. The odds of running into this again on this same link are pretty low, but I just figured I'd mention the issue I ran into as a word of caution.
 
For those who want a wmv version here is the clip
