From a Raggedy Ann and Andy movie (what were the odds of there even being such a thing?) where they get tickled by a giant sea monster.
 
I've seen that on TV. Some king gets this monster to tickle the cartoon characters because he grows whenever there's laughter. I wouldn't be surprised if whoever came up with this scene is one of us. 😀
