Browsing the mainstream list I noticed I never posted this scene over TMF.
A few users did post caps; nobody a clip. Yet.

did it show her getting her shoes taken off?

Nope. As a useless bit of trivia, in the following scene, when she's being rescued, they blooped a couple of frames, and showed her wearing sandals.

Also, they did't show the actual tying up: we're shown only a man grabbing her by the wrist. Then, she's being hauled up on a raising platform, but she's tied already.

I didn't mention it: language is not english. It's italian, but you can make the sense out easily: "Now you're ours, Fujiko, and we'll tickle you for the sake of it, while your part-time lover and sometimes competitor, Lupin, is driving to his death over our cleverly trapped race circuit".
No, I didn't make it up.

That was great i've always wanted to see Fujiko tickled on her feet. Is there anywhere where you can can the full episode?
