"Accidental Tickling"

Just wanted to get some opinions on this scenario...This past summer I was at an airport standing in line to buy a magazine. I dropped my pen and when I went to pick it up, I couldn't help but notice a beautiful pair of feet in sandals right in front of me. The woman was probably in her early 20's and very beautiful. I kept staring at her feet and got this bold idea. I took a quick look around and saw there was really no one else in the shop...I "accidentally" dropped my pen again and when I went to pick it up I took my finger and used my knuckle and lightly brushed her right instep. Her foot twitched a little bit and she brought her right instep to her left heel and kind of scratched the spot I tickled. She then looked down to see what might have caused it and turned and looked at me...all this time I was pretending to be reading my magazine.

Anyway, since then I've found myself taking advantage of situations where I see sandaled feet. A couple of times, I've been "caught", but when I look up and apologize and show them what I picked up they just smile and don't give it a second thought. A few times have actually led to a conversation.

Hope no one thinks I'm TOO weird, just wondering if anything like this has happened to anyone else or if they'd be willing to admit it.

Hmmm...

Been there, done that.

I feel kind of a rush when I do it, because it is to a complete stranger and you do not know how they will react. You know, all this talk about personal space and sexual harrassment and all of that.

However, at the same time, it is kind of fun to see what it leads to. As you mentioned, it could lead to a conversation. Most of the time, they see it as an "accident", and nothing more.

I tend not to do it too often because it does not feel right. I always try to at least get to know the person first and create a comfortable environment. One place I have had interesting encouters is in airplanes. Women tend to take their shoes off and take naps or relax. It takes time to open up a conversation, gear it towards tickling, and sneak in a few tickles, but it can be done.

Have got to be careful, though. Do not want to be caught in action without nothing to say. Got to be very smooth. Sometimes, it is not worth the consequences.

I think things like this can be cute and innocent enough to not be too concerned about. However, Knight is correct about not wanting to be caught. This past September, a local teacher was arrested and charged with a few different infractions...simply for secretly taking pictures of womens feet. (As I recall, he had a hidden camera in a duffle bag or something like that.) He never touched them. And, to the best of my knowledge, never made the pictures public in any way. But, they took it very seriously and he paid the price. So caution is definitely recommended.

Just going through my profile and decided to look at some of my old posts...this caught my eye as I forgot that I posted this...I think this type of thing has consumed me because now I find myself constantly searching for feet to "accidentally" tickle in a public place (restaurant, mall, store, library, etc...etc)

It's actually happened quite a few times and I haven't been "busted" yet.

I posted a similar story like this on another tickling newsgroup around the same time I posted the original one from this thread and got ripped by a bunch of people saying that it was inappropriate and bordering illegal.

Just wondering what other people's thoughts are on this subject, as I'm sure I'm not the first or last person to do this.

Don't get busted, Pips. I can verify that it's a lot of fun being led away in cuffs in front of a crowd of strangers (when I was 18, and a bad boy in a shopping mall, and not for tickling a stranger, either). You don't know who you're messing with, and it might be wrong place, wrong time, and is it much of a thrill to be the man whose name is in the paper in the offbeat news column, when people are sitting round the coffee pot at the office, laughing at you?

When I was in high school..

I worked at a shoe store as a salesman.. I had an "accidental" tickle almost every time I fitted a woman near my age (near my age means anyone who wasn't obvioulsy in a retirement home). No one every became upset or reported me and I actually got phone numbers from women I had just tested for ticklishness. Ahhhhh, the idiocy of youth.

The two best reactions were: one who was a woman I would guess to have been about 45 or 50 (at 16 it's really difficult to judge age)but very shapely feet, well taken care of.. who when I did my "accidentle tickle" on her foot burst out laughing and said "oh MY I didn't know I was still so ticklish.. I'm taking you home with me!" She didn't take me home, but did come back a few times for more shoes and each time I'd pull out the shoes to fit her, she'd say something like "now, you're not going to do that tickle torture thing on me this time are you?" and then just laugh. It was obvious she enjoyed it as she always asked for me. So I always gave her a quick tickle if there weren't a manager or alot of people standing around. The other was a young sassy lady who came in and I could tell was just a fun person. She was making fun of all the shoes and making silly comments, being flirtatious. When I measured her foot and did the "stick my thumb out slightly as I slid the instep measure knob from the heel to the ball" trick, she did a little scream and then sat down, held her foot out and said "You did that on purpose, if you want to tickle my foot, just tickle it!" I almost fell off the stool. So I tickled the whole bottom of her foot for several seconds. She wasn't as ticklish as she first made out to be but she did giggle and tease me with her foot by pinching my leg with her toes, and then asked me out for a burger after work. That led to several dates and hours of bare foot play. She was a foot girl, loved having her feet played with.

There were many varied reactions from twitching, to giggling, to a couple who actually laughed out loud. But those two that I mentioned were the most remarkable of all my shorestore "accidental tickles".

I also used to work part time in womens shoes at the largest and most expensive mall in St.Louis. I had one fantastic tickle experience with one of the most well known female TV news anchors in town. I was measuring her foot and decided to gently touch her toes as I was checking her size. She giggled like a schoolgirl and seemed not to mind it at all. I had to exuse myself to the stockroom for a moment because I thought I was going to bust through my pants!!! When I watch her doing the news now I wish I could hide under the desk and sneak a quick tickle.

I ALMOST had one of these during my recent trip to Texas. I was walking around looking for a place to eat and there were three older (40-50 year old so I mean older than me) women walking in front of me a good ways kind of looking around and sighseeing. Just as I get behind them the one taller, blonde lady stops and raises her arm to point up at something in a tree and kind of blocks the sidewalk. I kept walking and stepped under her arm and had both hands thisclose to her ribs when I thought the better of it and passed by. She laughed anyway at my passing under her and apolgized. I looked back and told her no problem. sigh. I should've done it. I'll probably never be back there anyway! LOL! But sometimes discrection is the better part of valor.

Trying to be a victim...

Now, I know everyone out there is not like me. Since I met Featherfingers (who has the best accidental tickle stories I've ever heard), I've gotten pretty bold trying to tempt people to do just what you describe. I go to the movies by myself quite often, and many times I've slipped my sandals off and rested my bare feet on the arm or back of the chair in front of me. Unfortunately, no one has ever taken the opportunity... yet. I also have a t-shirt with Elmo on the front and "Tickles Wanted" on the back. Admittedly I have rarely worn this in public, but one of these days I hope to get up the nerve to wear it to a bar and see what happens.

There are a lot of people out there who don't want their boundaries crossed. Sometimes I'm one of them... but if a guy happened to tickle me in any of those scenarios, I probably wouldn't complain.

By the way, when I was a lot younger I 'accidentally' tickled a lady's feet at a college football game. She was seated one row behind me on the bleachers. Her feet were right there by my side, within tickling distance. I took a deep breath and tickled away... seemed like five minutes passed until I felt a tap on my shoulder. Her husband looked at me and with a very serious tone in his voice said, "Those are MY feet to play with." Thank goodness I had been to the bathroom before that happened.

Seriously, I would be very careful when it comes to tickling strangers. You never know what their reaction will be... or who may be watching.

I don't have enough money or time to go to every movie theater in town with the hope of finding you there. You've gotta give me some kind of clue! No words need to be exchanged in the theater... we'll pretend we're a couple of strangers. Let's make this fantasy of yours (ours) become a reality!

Another 'accidental' story... once while I was in a college library I saw a female student asleep on a couch. There just happened to be enough room for me to sit near her feet... very pretty bare feet, may I add. I had a newspaper in my hands so I pretended to read it. I was actually holding the paper in such a way that the corners of the pages were dancing upon her toes. I did this for about five minutes when suddenly she awoke. She looked at me and said "Hi," then proceeded to go back to 'sleep.' I tickled her for a few minutes more and then she had to leave so she could go to class. No words were spoken but I knew she enjoyed it. I know I did.

I've also had a couple accidents over the past week. We had another couple over playing cards last weekend and they had their dog with them. The dog was under the table I she kept playing with my feet, making me flinch and jump. After a few minutes the girl we were playing cars with looked under the table and says "Oh. That's you foot I keep touching!"

Then a day or so ago my wife and I were visiting with some neighbors and I had my feet (bare as usual) tucked back under the seat I was in. My wife was sitting next to me and turned to face my seat. I felt her sandal graze my foot and nearly kicked the table with my knee. Then it happened a second time. Then a third! I turned to look at her with a big grin and she smiled back and said "Sorry. The first time was an accident!"

I love libraries! I used to tickle many a female's feet there. I'd find a seat directly across from a sandal wearing female. Usually the desk has a partition so you can't see the person's face seated across from you, but you can see their feet if you look down. So, I would untie my shoelaces and cross my legs in such a way that the shoelaces would dangle over the lady's toes. A lot of the ladies seemed to enjoy that. I'd notice their toes curling with glee as they felt the tickle from my shoelaces.

I quit doing that a long time ago because I was feeling a bit like a perv. Nowadays you need to be careful about those kinds of situations.

Oh for those simpler times! When I was in college I could tickle anyone without fear of lawsuits and scream of sexual harrassment. I was careful of course. I respected others privacy, but MAN I was tickling someone everyday!

HI Molly T! I am in Phoenix as well and I haven;t been to movies in quite awhile as I am working alot of the time,and not knowing many other girlfriends in the local area that would like to spend time together,I usuallly stay home and opt for a movie on cable,or I rent a DVD..
Let me extend a invitation to you if you'd like some company having me as another female ticklee that is alot of fun to be around I'd enjoy meeting you,going to movies if you'd like and I love your scenerio..I am envious knowing you have that Shirt,I want one for myself 🙁 But I better warn you ,I would be tempted to tickle your feet too 😀
