    How do I animate these GIF's????

    I can't seem to get my PC to do the animation on these GIF files that everyone posts here. I wait, nothing happens. I click and open it in it's own browser window or tab. Nothing happens. I have Firefox and IE, but niether of them seem to work, Is there some setting I have wrong on my PC...
