I like mine stiff..
Yes i prefer mine stiff..the ones that are flimsy tend to slide off and won't perform as i would wish..they have a tendency to slip from my fingers..and if they are flimsy enough, they sometimes break in two!!!..Yes i like mine stiff...fits nicely into the spaces...no give at all..not loose but...- melanie2
