Hello I've got a vid clip I'm trying to upload in the video section, but it keeps saying "fatal error" and something about memory. I've compressed the clip down to 4.7mb to comply with the 5mb limit, so could somebody possibly tell me what's wrong please? Cheers

In Internet Explorer, you can go to Control Panel-> Network and Internet Connections -> Internet Options -> Delete Cookies, then click OK. In Firefox, it's Tools-> Options -> Privacy, then expand the section Cookies, and click "Clear" and OK.
