Hello, everyone. It is once again that time for an update. A large, massed update in celebration of my making it to 1000 members.

This update comes several weeks late, dating back to when I actually made the 1000 member count. Because of the ammount of artwork involved, and personal matters, it was delayed. But this one update more than makes up for it.

First, I would like to say thank you to all my loyal fans and members for staying with me all this time. I'm truely grateful for those that joined in the beginning, and are still here, no matter how silent (though I wish you weren't) you are. I also thank those that recently joined and have had good things to say about me and my art. I appriciate your thoughts, and I hope to continue to earn them in the future to come. Thank you once again, to all my old and new members. I also hope you like viewing my art as much as I love drawing it. I look forward to another 1000 with you all. 🙂

As said, in celebration of this 1000+ member count, there are more pictures than usual. The bulk of the update are Love Hina pictures, and one 3X3 Eyes pictures. There are 7 pictures total, two of which are requests. All pictures are in their appropriate albums. Update is as follows:

I'm sure the pictures speak for themselves, so theres no need to describe the situation, unless it warrants it or I'm asked. Enjoy, and as always, comments, questions, and concerns are welcome, appriciated, and encouraged. 🙂

The "Keitaro & Kaolla" picture was a request by balkwalk42, and the "Pai in a slithery situation" picture was a request by critterlord.

I hope you two guys like the respective pictures. 🙂

One final note, some pictures are large, and lines on the picture may appear to be choppy or uneven. I assure you their not, and if you have the newer version of Internet Explorer, or have Windows XP, you can click an icon that will appear on the picture, and it will adjust it to its actual size.

I thought you were amazing, and then I saw this. You are a god! No, wait, better than a god! I now have a new favorite to add to my collection! I can't take my eyes off it! You made Pie sooo cute, and the snake is cool, but not evil looking. Her feet are PERFECT and her face is marvoulous. You even got her little pointed teeth in there. Can we say, above and beyond ALL expections. It just plainly defies all possible compliments I could give it. All I can say is, are you willing to try some more requests, because I HAVE to see some more like this.
 
Wow.......I don't deserve half of what you said...but thank you very much all the same. I'm very glad to know you like it and find it more than satisfactory. I'm glad you like her face, feet, and yes, even her little, pointed tooth that shows from time to time. 🙂

I'm also glad you like the snakes. I'm rather proud of the way I drew them, especially the cobra, considering this is my first time (technically) drawing snakes. I also didn't need a reference picture, and used my memory of what snakes look like, to draw them. I'm proud of that too.

Again, thank you very much. I'm just as overwhelmed by your response as you are by the picture. And if you HAVE to have more, you shall in due time. Right now though, I need a break.

Oh, did the picture show up ok? The lines didn't look wavy or uneven? Did the links even work? They aren't working right now, and that bothers me because I've never had a technical difficulty with my group, and because this is the most important update thus far. So thats sort of a downer. I hope people don't give up on trying to see them or consider it too far out of their way, because the pictures are well worth the effort, and they'll be missing out otherwise.

Speaking of which, what did you think of the others? Theres a Love Hina tickle picture included, you know.

I re-sized the update pictures

I re-sized the update pictures, and made them a little smaller so it would completely eliminate any choppy, uneven or broken looking lines the pictures had. I just made them too large this time, and didn't reduce the dimensions enough. And that can have effects on the picture depending on the resolution you have your computer running on.

So, I have now eliminated this very minor effect, and you can now see the pictures in perfect clarity. Not that they were bad to begin with. Its just that I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my art. 🙂


Its a good thing I updated at a time when most people aren't online. So hopefully you wouldn't have noticed the switch. I must have really been tired for this to have happened. LOL. In any event, enjoy. I look forward to hearing what you all think. 🙂

I really didn't notice a change in the 3X3 eyes picture in the files section.

About the other tickling picture, I like the facial expressions, but for me to enjoy a tickling picture, the feet being tickled are a must. But even this picture is amazing in style and appearance.
 
Oh, and by the way!

I have learned so much just from looking at your pictures for my own. In a way to sort of honor you, do you think I could do a remake of this picture using my own style. I'll give you full credit, and make a lot of changes to it to compensate for my bizzare drawing habits. I just want to try my drawings with your style, and kindof show how much I truely appreciate your work.
 
Well, to be honest, I'm a little uncomfortable with that. I did just draw it, afterall. Its less than a day old upon completion. Its a nice idea, and flattering, though. Maybe a different situation or something? Or maybe use it as an example for something else, rather than copy it directly? I hope thats ok. We can work something out. "Talk to me", as they say. ^___^

Spectacular!

Just Amazing! I like how you chosen different clothing styles for each character. The tickling scene was pretty cute. You really have the hang of drawing your characters in different poses. The nyloned feet look cute as well. I would love to see them colored.

I enjoyed drawing all of these pictures. I liked the way they all turned out too. That Kitsune one was one of my most fun ones to draw. I wanted to draw her in a business-woman kind of outfit, and the nylon/fishnets seemed to work really well.

As far as coloring, I plan to color some future pictures (I already have one such picture), but for the most part, this is almost random, and I color a picture when I want to color it depending on the picture. I do however plan to have at least one colored picture for each series I've covered/will cover and/or at least one colored picture for each character. 🙂


I'm going to try and replace the links with the newer ones later. Hopefully that will work. They were working fine at first. I guess its just a bit frustrating seeing as how this update is important, and this technically difficulty is hampering the effectiveness this thread will have on people. Or they could just be lazy. LOL I don't know.

You've had this problem many times rajee, and this is only my first. Do you know whats wrong, or what I can do to fix it and rectify the situation? Do note, the links won't work now anyways, since the pictures don't have the same links anymore.

I can't wait to see the colored drawings. I do not know if you had DallasFootTickler color your art before but he does a fantastic job and he does it for free. If you choose to do it yourself I am sure it will be great as well.
I sent you a Private Message with a possible solution.
 
I'm sure he does. I've seen some of the pictures he colored. But ultimately, I feel its just not me if I don't do it by myself. I'd like to earn my own way, as stubborn , although rightious, as that sounds. 😀

Who knows though. I'd have to be approached, not the other way around. I'm not the one asking for it, afterall.

And before I respond to the PM, the TMF went down for a few minutes last night. And coincidentially I was editing this thread when it happened after I had created it. Do you suppose that maybe the technical difficulties the TMF had corrupted the links somehow? I had only created the thread about a few minutes before it happened. Maybe thats the cause of this. Its definitely possible. I've seen it happen to other people before.

It is possible it could have corrupted the links. Yahoo groups are sometimes eccentric in their ways. I guess you have to adapt to the group.

@ rajee- Adapt to what? This has never been a problem for me, as I said. I think its more than a coincidence that after the TMF problem that happened.

Adapt to Yahoo groups eccentric protocals, procedures, changes, and problems.
 
I knew you would say that rajee. But my point is none of those have ever plagued me before. So if this is corrected then we'll know it was a one time issue and that the TMF was to blame, unless of course it happens again next time.

I'm a weird case. I like any and all types of everything. Just by looking at anything be it art, stories, or even a Preschool show on T.V., I can instantly like it, no matter what. However, I shall attempt to pick favorites. Give me a minute.
 
I'm not saying you have to pick favorites. You can if you want though. I just wanted to know what you liked about the pictures, so take your time if you want. This is almost like a survey, and I shouldn't rush it.
