ok, I didn't have a chance to read all of these yet, but I've found that just running water on my soles get giggles out of me.

My favorite ways..........
I would have to say that numbers 8, 10, and 13 are my favorites. But instead of feathers, I love to use either my fingertips or tongue. I even love to sneak in some tickles while giving her a foot massage. While I tickle her, I will sometimes say "kitchy, kitchy, koo!!!" Tracing the lines on the bottom of her foot (especially the arch) is like telling her a fortune.

i saw someone mention tickling while people are around. that reminds me of little anecdote and the next method on our list.
~ tickling her foot under the table at a restaurant or coffeeshop. i did this with my last girlfriend in a coffeeshop while we were playing a game of chess, not a big fan of the game but meh it was something to do. she was trying to distract me during my turn by rubbing her bare foot (she was wearing flip-flops) on my crotch. to get her back, during her turn, i grabbed her ankle and tickled her slowly up and down her arch, between and underneath her toes, and really all over. it was all she could do to keep from busting out laughing in the middle of the semi-crowded establishment, and the awesome part was this exchange went on for several turns.
since we're on the subject, here are some other methods that worked for me in the past:
~ just stroking up and down the sole with a nice stiff feather
~ drawing all over her soles with a sharpie. you can do what you want with it but i drew little smiley faces on every last toe and a large heart that outlined her arches on both feet, adding in intricate details on the extra sensitive spots.
~ a nice medium-sized paintbrush (like 1 1/2 inch) underneath the toes and then up and down the soles as if painting a fence.
~ don't hesitate to get man's best friend in the mix. i don't remember exactly how this came about but it was priceless. i held her ankle while the her dog licked all over her foot. this was both cute and hot at the same time.
~ biting around the heel and the edges softly
~ this was one was awesome. you know how converse "chuck's" have the two little metal holes on the instep? well if you pull all the cotton off the end of a q-tip it fits in perfectly. and if you just bend it near the end at a 90 degree angle and you can stick it in there, point the end towards her defenseless sole and just move it back and forth and all around. just scribbling it all over the hypersensitive arch. i did this to my girlfriend in my senior year of high school backstage during play practice one day and she went nuts. i think it was mostly because it wasn't expected at all. i mean how the hell was i tickling her super-ticklish feet while they were safe and snug in her shoes??? hehe... it was beautiful.
~ underwater in the pool was always fun, when you have a nice pair of goggles 😛 just make sure not to drown the person.
~ offer innocently to take off her shoes/socks. make the sock coming off take like 5 mins. have a nice firm grip on her ankle and as your peeling her sock off running your fingers over her sole starting from the arch and moving up. when she goes wild "accidently" have it go back on and complain/blame her for the lack of progress 😛 "oh MAAAN... now i have to start alll over again". at one point i just had my hand completely underneath her sock and scribbling wildly all over her sole and toes. the funniest part is when it is all done there is still 1 more foot to do. graciously offer to do that one as well, e.i. grab it and start all over.
~ q-tips between the toes are wonderful. saw back and forth, twist, draw U's from the tip of one toe to the tip of the next... it's all fair game. in this particular incident i told my girlfriend not to try as hard as she could not to laugh. it was too damn cute.
can you believe this was all the same girl... spread out over time of course, but man! what i time. and she had the most ticklish size 7.5's have ever layed my hands on. if i didn't know how much she seemed to hate being tickled i would say she loved it by how much and to what lengths she allowed me to tickle her.
maybe later i will get into some over my other techniques but i am tired of typing! 😉

Take your 4 fingers and place them between each toe and hold tightly..
Now that your thumb is free ;
Use it to dig into the middle of the foot with a few scratches here and there...Most effectice even for the slightly ticklish..Make sure lee has been properly restrained.

toe-pulling!!!
kind of along the same lines.... makes me squeal with laughter: Toe-pulling, or holding!!! Seems to make my soles Uberticklish when the sensation hits and my toes are being pulled!! I'll be laughing in anticipation when i can't move my foot or wiggle my toes or make foot-fists but I'll try like hell and that will tickle like MAD. One day I hope to tickle a foot thats as ticklish as mine and duplicate this technique!!babinsky said:

This is my favorite way to tickle a woman's feet..........start by having her socked feet in my lap (printed or patterned socks a plus), then slowly remove each sock (1 at a time), when the arch is revealed, start tickling! If she's that ticklish, she might kick her sock off. Sometimes you can double up by slowly removing both socks at the same time! Have fun!!
