Where are you guys?

Just wondering what happened to your site. Started out really promising, but there have been no updates there now for over 2 weeks. There is also no e-mail address, and the billing company answers only billing questions, not something like " Do they have a contact address?"

Perhaps it would be a good idea to let your customers know what is happening!
