Oh yes - those long fingernails tickling my lower tummy sends me into orbit and will get me asking for mercy as fast as anything will!
 
Yeah, that seems to be a really sensitive spot on a lot of people. Myself included.
 
At gatherings, they're typically referred to as "the pockets". And yes, mine are ticklish, but only if I'm already being tickled somewhere else.
