I fully expect to be barred for adding my two cents here, even though this is my first post. I've been surfing the site as a guest for a while, but felt this was worth replying to, so here goes:
As you may realise from my screenname, I'm TheMightyNz from the forum in question; If you didn't realise, well, you do now. 🙂
Let me start by saying that there is nothing wrong with admiring girls' pretty feet, as long as that is all it is.
Why is admiring the feet of an 18 y/o girl all right, but if she were only 17 it would be wrong? The feet are just as beautiful, the only difference is her age. Age barriers are meaningless - if someone is attractive, then they are attractive be they 8, 18, or 88. Admiring them should not be, and is not, a crime; remember the saying "look, but don't touch".
Also, there is the matter of paedophiles; but again, as long as they're just admiring the girls' feet in innocent photos that are, frankly, available just about anywhere (children's catalogs, personal webpages, magazines, etc), they are at least not out there actually molesting/raping/torturing/etc children to get their kicks. Ditto goes for the rest of us who whack off to these images - as long as the fantasies stay in our head, they're not doing anyone else any harm, are they?
Some poses may be taking things a bit too far (and some shots featuring skimpy costumes too, as BigNorm868 said), but as long as they are removed immediately a complaint is made, why should we be punished solely for wishing to admire girls' feet? And may I add, a person's personal fantasies are not punishable, even if they would break the law, AS LONG AS THEY ARE NOT ACTED UPON IN THE REAL WORLD (just felt that was an important point to make).
