As for others, I am unsure. If I remember any I'll get back to you. Ticalasaca (Or something similar) used to be around and offered what you seek, but if memory serves they vanished, came back, vanished again, went to a Yahoo group, suffered the deletion of that group and promptly vanished again, this time for good.
