as the title says I am looking for a ler, ticklish belwo my neck, and very ticklish feet 😛 and that is williamsport,PA, and seeign as i have no means of traveling aside from skateboaring or bus since I couldn't drive and still can't because of issues when i was 16 🙁 anywyas pm if interested 😛 message me of post here for any questions and i don't mind being tied down. Also Don't mind if the ler is female or male
