Two more commissions done for me

Penelope Pitstop being foot tickled by The Claw

Penelope was first a character in The Wacky Races She then had her own series called The Perils of Penelope Pitstop


The other one is Nell Fenwick being foot tickled by Snidley Whiplash Those two are from the Dudley Doright cartoons

I like the backgrounds he used on these

That's funny I remember watching those shows a long time ago.
I think they show them now on Cartoon Networks Boomerang channel.
I caught an episode while flipping channels a month or two ago. The Claw captured Penelope and tied her down to a table and I forget
the rest. It's a shame he wasn't fond of tickling. He tied her up a lot though and I think those little gangster guys always saved her.
