A few weeks ago, I kicked around the idea of making a 2004 Tickling Calendar while I was in the chat room. The idea being that instead of pictures of puppies, or landscapes or Britney Spears, that we would have pictures of ticklers and ticklees doing their thing. I don't mean pro fetish models, mind you, but plain folks like those of us who come to this web site.
The idea, as I see it, would be to make the calendar a dynamic web page. You go there with your Javascript-enabled browser and it renders this month's calendar, complete with the picture for the month. If you come back next month, you get a new picture-- automagically. I've already got a very early prototype done, just to make sure it is feasible and I believe that it is.
I know there are some people who would prefer to have a real printed "hard copy" calendar, but that costs money and then I'd have to charge money in order to recoup what I spent. I'd rather just keep it free and fun, personally. I'm not interested in spending my weekends mailing out calendars; I'd just like to meet people and start up some new friendships as well as have some fun.
I've had a few nibbles from people in the chat room who have expressed an interest in submitting their photos. The months of February, April and October have already been spoken for, so there are only nine months/slots left. So, if you have the exhibitionist urge to show off by sharing some of your play pics with the world, drop me an email. There will be some paperwork, such as model release forms, that need to be addressed as well as technical issues (i.e. JPG or PNG, what resolution, etc.)
I should also mention that this is in no way affiliated with or endorsed by the TMF, etc. Web design is just something I do as a hobby, and this is one way I know how to "give back to the community."
