US WNT (Women's National Team) captured their third Gold Medal in a row in Olympic Football ("Soccer"). Not covered at all on broadcast television in Oregon, USA. Had to collect the news of the result from the FIFA world website.

It was televised here in NYC, but on cable TV, not on broadcast TV.
