You work fast. I love the pandora's box one. I have always thought that snakes made great ticklers. If I get the time, I'll include them in one of my stories.
You also get what I call a bonus. That is when you leave the foot apparel in the pic. I just love that. Several other things I love about it. She is making meager efforts to fight back, and that this is obviously her fault, with the warning on the box and all.
PS, I was wondering if you might fit in the time to illustrate one of my stories, if it is not too much trouble. I am in kind of a rut, and need something to boost me out of it.

The thing that really makes you one of the best, in addition to your obvious drawing talent, is your wonderful creativity in scenarios. I love the "Greek" look of the costume, right down to the sandals.
Believe me, you really are one of my all-time favorite artists. The spirit of your pics is so close to what I aim for in my stories, it's almost creepy. The girls always look so cheerful. 🙂

I always thought at the end of monsters inc, when they've found that laughter produces more energy than screams - it would be the perfect opportunity for some ticking 😀

Unfortunately, I haven't SEEN Monsters Inc.! Doubt I could, either -- I live with my family, and it would be a bit hard to explain why I was renting it... It's not my usual fare, you see...

Basically, I probably could do this story, if you could answer a few questions.
1) What are the names of the green one-eyed thing and the big shaggy blue one?
2) How do they go to and from the "real world" to go on their missions?
3) Do they take some sort of device to collect the laughter?
4) Is there anything else you think I should know about how they conduct their "missions"? Are the kids (I agree, teenagers) asleep in bed when they arrive? Is there some way they avoid waking the household? That sort of thing.
So, your choice: try and fill me in, or try another idea. Either is fine by me.

--> they work in like a big industrial plant in which, at the swipe of a card {specifically assigned to a child who is a scare match for particular monster), doors reel past on an ceiling based conveyor, from which they hang and then selected door drops down and is locked into a link in floor - red light on top of frame lights up and creates a portal to human world [that opens through childs bedroom closet]
3) Do they take some sort of device to collect the laughter?
--> tis collected in yellow canisters with a pressure guage on back at the plant. they attach somewhere along the side of the portal door frame
4) Is there anything else you think I should know about how they conduct their "missions"? Are the kids (I agree, teenagers) asleep in bed when they arrive? Is there some way they avoid waking the household? That sort of thing.
--> didn't notice the not awaking household thing, they never seemed to until they had left.
points to note where - previous to film - human children were considered contaminants to the monster world [there was a special Child.Detection.Agency (CDA) to prevent child contamination]
orignally used to harness childrens screams as energy, but after adventure in film with one child - tis discovered that laughter provideds many times more energy - and so ending is other [normally plant based monsters] being put out into the field to create laugher instead...

Toy Story I have seen, actually (tho' not part 2). But no, Monsters Inc. looked too cloying for my taste. Maybe I was wrong -- but it's still probably too tricky to rent it!
Still, I think there's enough there for me to work with.
Just a couple more questions. 1) Is there someone in charge at the factory/portal who gives the monsters their orders, etc.? This is the most important question, since it greatly affects the framing scenes. And, 2) Do the 2 main characters really figure in these "operations" much, or only if they happen to be assigned? (If not, it'd be easier to invent a new monster in the right scenario.)
How's this sound, as a basic scenario:
Teenage girl has been hearing some odd stories from her friends, about dreams (that don't really seem like dreams, somehow) about monsters popping out of their closets and tickling them. She's overheard a few who had the same "dream" comparing notes. (It sounds like they liked it.) She shrugs it off, and goes to bed.
Meanwhile, back in the Monsters Inc. factory, our heroine's number has come up. A tickler is matched to her, given his marching orders, and sent off.
He enters through her closet, and... the usual thing ensues. 🙂
General hilarity, and coda.
Perhaps a closing hint that this girl was a particularly good source of 'power', and would be worth a few return visits...

yeah there is some big fat bug/spider guy who was originally in charge - but he got taken away by the cda - so u cud make a new one.
and the main characters are just assigned methinks although they would probably repeat visits every so many months [perhaps] to their human mathces. - inventing a monster wudn't be a bad idea - i agree wud prolly make things easier, as u'd have less accuracy to worry about.

Well, that's already enough to be getting on with (no promises about completion time, I'm afraid). Still, the more details the better, just for "local colour," as it were...
Feel free to make other requests/suggestions too, of course. I always welcome input, though my stories are only written slowly.
