29 M Lee, looking for F or M Lers in DC

I am going to be in DC during the 1st week of March (2nd - 5th) and was wondering if there were any lers (prefer F, but completely okay with M) in DC area. Also down for multiple lers (couples/gang tickling etc).

I am 29, with pretty ticklish UB (esp armpits & nipples), and somewhat ticklish feet. I have recently had my first tickle experience, and I am ready to have more.
