Ok, we are hoping to have the Gathering during Aug/Sept and once again, we hope to be able to have it at The Sanctuary which is where it was held last year.
Just to get an approx head-count of how many would like to join, we need to ask that you please complete and email this questinnaire to [email protected].

1. This party is intended for those who are at least 18 yrs of age (per Texas State Laws). We will be checking ID as needed.
2. This party is deemed a non-public (private) event. The host/hostess have the right to ask any person to leave if they feel that person is behaving in a manner that is dangerous to himself/herself and/or others or is acting in a manner that prohibits others in attendance from having a good time. If need be, we will notify the proper law enforcement authorities
3. Your host/hostess cannot be held accountable for lost, misplaced and/or stolen articles. Please take care and make sure any personal posessions are secure.
4. This is a weapon and drug free party and anybody who tries to bring in weapons and/or drugs will be escorted out and if need be, the proper law enforcement authorities will be notified.
5.While your host/hostess will do everything possible to ensure all in attendance has an enjoyable and memorable experience, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for accidents, or injury. This is a "play-at-your-own-risk" party.
6. Treat people with the respect and dignity you would like them to show you (this should go without saying)
7. The location of the party will be kept private and will be released only to those in attendance. This is done to help ward away any unwanted attention and un-invited guests. Even after the event, please refrain from publishing this information.
8. Some of the people in attendance may be un-easy about their identity being revealed outside the party. We ask that you please respect each other's rights to privacy.
9. Please request permission if you wish to take photos. Some of the guests in attendance may be camera-shy and some of the hosting locations may have a no-camera policy (you will be advised before-hand if cameras are or are not permitted on the party grounds)
10. Don't just go up and start to engage in tickle-play. Please request permission first.
11. Your host/hostess will not be serving alcohol at the party (this is for legal reasons). Some of the Gathering sites may be deemed as "no alcohol". But should they allow alcohol while on their properties, it will be a B.Y.O.B. event. (We will notify you on the situation before-hand). For those who smoke, there will be designated areas for you. If this will be a B.Y.O.B. event and if you do drink, we please ask that you drink within reason as intoxication is grounds for removal from the party.
12. If you take a "toy", please put it back where you found it, after you are finished with it.
Now we will need to discuss the cover charges.....
In order to assist with the costs of planning and hosting The Gathering, we will unfortunately, need to implement a cover charge (don't worry, it won't be much). Running a Gathering such as this one is quite expensive and we had to put forth some money to rent the space for the Gathering, in advance. Believe me when I say that we are not making any money off of this, in fact we will prolly come out losing money. But that’s fine, because the Gathering is not run as a business and we are not in it for the money. The cover charges are merely to help us re-coup at least a little of what we have invested.
If you wish to register at the door, the rates will be $20 per couple or $15 single. Or if you wish to pre-register, the rates per couple are $15 or $10 single. All pre-registering must be done no later than 2 weeks prior to date of event.
We will not be able to provide the pre-register for anybody, after the pre-register deadline (2 weeks prior to date of event) and after that date, the regular cover charge rates of $20 per couple and $15 per single will apply. There are no exceptions to this.
All un-accompanied (single) ladies will be admitted, free of charge
