I will make my collection available for most of today, and possibly all night tonight 5-11-01. I am trying to test a possible solution for our storage problems. I hope this works! Please try to match the names of the files I have to your collection to make sure you aren't duplicating any. These are the clips I have downloaded from the old TMF on ez-boards. The files TK1-TK4.zip are zip files containing many of the clips there all wrapped together. I zipped them for the high speed users who may like that idea. I would not recomend trying that to 56k users. You would be downloading until next week!

I think I'm gonna cry

When I saw your post I almost crapped my pants! But I'm not much of a computer expert so maybe someone could help me. I have a 56k modem and can download normal 3 minute clips in like 20 minutes but when I try to download from Uncl's page, it goes EXTREMELY slow. I got up to 8% on phoenix's first time in about 45 minutes. I tried signing off and back on again but it did the same speed. What am I doing wrong?

I figured this would happen! I just talked to psycho, and he too claimed to be only downloading at about 1k/sec. Here's the deal: Bandwidth costs a ton of money. I am trying to run a server from my home over a dsl line. I have about 128k upstream bandwidth. What that translates to: When 128 people are downloading from me it will go reeeeeeeaalyyyyyyy slow. I can't keep my server up all the time, but will make announcements telling everyone when it will be up. I plan on keeping it up all night tonight. I would suggest that, if possible, start downloading before you go to bed, and you will have the files in the morning. That's the best advice I can give at the moment. Te wheels are always turning, and I may find a better way to do this, so sit tight! Let me know if you have any more questions!
