40/M here living in Colorado Springs, CO. I'm open to playing with switches, but I'd prefer ticklers if possible. I'm EXTREMELY TICKLISH almost everywhere.
And there's a small dungeon in town, so no need to worry about disturbing neighbors (there's a person who stays in the front area after they open up the place .. probably for security reasons).
