Yeah, I know where you and everyone else is finding them, but it would be alot better if people could respect our wishes and just provide linkage.
It prevents so many problems, you, as a non-artist, may not be aware of.
Basically though- No credit, no linkage= disservice to the artist/author (in the case of stories and fan fics).
We all understand that others want to share the wealth, which is our wealth, and sites like this depend on it, but when its happening without our consent, it becomes another issue entirely which has the potential to always branch out into different underlying problems. And they do occur more than people would think. I have stories I could tell.
I say let us do our own advertizing. Its our property, our art. In reality, no one has a right to pass it around, but we're being understanding enough to allow it with some agreements, and these agreements, people seem to find as too much to ask and almost always never follow through on. They can't claim ignorance or "I didn't know" when they keep on doing it or we've already dealt with them on the issue and brought it to their attention. If the people that claim to be fans ours are the ones doing this, then its even more disrespectful.
Really, it boils down to people paying more attention to what they are doing before they do it. Just because theres no physical boundary to what you can do here doesn't mean you have a right to. And the tickling community is small enough, and this branch of it (anime tickling art) is small enough for it to be understood, and our wishes to be honored by everyone.
Artists have a unique situation, and people need to understand that.
