6 inch mules size 4..5...and 6

I thought it would be interesting to post pictures of 3 ladies I know, all in the same shoes, but different sizes
first of all size 4s

the first picture shows how her arches are stretched to the limit in 6 inch shoes

a size bigger but still on her tip toes. lol
