Looks like a relative of Mr. Tickle, that blue bugger does. Quite the lecherous fiend too, going for garment removal while distracting with tickles. Lovely pair of sketches, both colored and non! The happyhappy lovelove hearts coming from the 'ler are a nice touch. 🙂
