I remember watching this months ago searching for tickling videos on TikTok...

Yeah, there's a background music, and the only thing we can heaer her saying is "I'm sorry" at the very beggining. We can't even see her feet, because the person filming meticulously cut off the tips of the toes so that they wouldn't appear in the video, I guess...

Even with all of that working against us, it's one of the most beautiful ticklish pedicure videos that I had the pleasure of stumbling on 💜

I'm in love with this girl since I watched it. She's so cute and ticklish... she keeps covering her mouth with her hands because she can't stop laughing 💜

It seems her name is Kamand and she's Canadian, with Iranian ancestry:
