As some of you know, I’ve been writing a series on here, but this isn’t about that.
I’m here to say thank you to everyone who’s been reading from the beginning, and to everyone who’s taken time not only to leave me comments, but to converse with me over DM.
When I first came here, I struggled with a lot of things... Wether I should write these stories, wether I belonged here, wether I should continue...
To be honest, when I saw pages upon pages of posts and stories, and how prolific some of the other authors here were... I thought about just deleting everything and just walking away. But then some of them started taking notice of what I was writing and I was blown away.
This level of support from all of you (you know who you are) has been one of the reasons I’ve been able to continue.
Truth be told, I’ve written quite a few stories in my time. I cut my teeth in superhero fan fiction back in the late ‘90s. From there I wrote sporadically, some horror, some mystery, etc. I either wound up hating my own writing, or just wasn’t inspired enough to finish anything.
But since I’ve settled down with the love of my life, and decided to write again, I’ve found my muse. I put a lot of her into Krista, and without her none of this would have been possible. That’s the other reason.
Even if I never go any further than writing fun little stories on an Internet message board, I love what I’m doing, and I’ve never turned out better work.
I just couldn’t post anything else without taking the time to say THANK YOU EVERYONE!!
