Here is a fantasy that has been knocking around in my head for a while, it involves a girl I know.
First I tie her to a chair with her hands behind her back and then tie her ankles to another chair. Then I let her bare feet have it with a long white feather, watching her shoulders heave as she gasps for breath. All the while focusing on different areas of her feet and every so often running the feather in between her toes. Alternately I would switch from the tip of the feather to the quill end.
Second I would then tickle her all over her feet with my fingers attacking spots like, the heels, arches, the sides, and the tops of the feet. And most importantly in between the toes, because I know for a fact that that spot is what really drives her over the edge.
Lastly after she has been reduced to a sweating, panting, sobbing, babbling, giggling wreck, and can no longer twitch or wiggle her feet, I take a pen, maybe felt tip or ballpoint, and write over and over on her left foot 'Amanda is a bad girl' until there is no space left on her sole, and then do the same on her right foot, except I write "Amanda is ticklish' over and over. Hm, now that I think of it maybe I could use both types of pens, and switch back in forth at random as I write both messages.
