As promissed I am giving a follow-up to my origional thread that You can find at this link: http://www.ticklingforum.com/showthread.php?t=68298
It happened today. I got the chance to show her the stress potoentials of tickling. Most all of the kids in my section of the school were on a field trip so it was very quiet with almost no one around. She came in at lunch and asked if she could join me for lunch since I was eating in my room. I welcomed her and said, "You know, this is the perfect time for you to try the stress exercise". She kind of giggled and said, "True. I could use it. What do I have to do?". I decided that just an informal short session would be best giving the environment, and told her to set her chair by me, take off a shoe and sock, and put her foot on my lap. She was giggling with nerviousness and she had a very noce foot with painted nails and soft, smooth, soles. "I can't beleive I am doing this. My feet are so ticklish". "That's what we want. The more the laughing the better the result." I replied "Now just try your best not to pull away. If you feel the need to pull away, put that energy into your laughter. Now just relax, close your eyes and take a couple of deep breaths". With that I took a frim hold of her ankle and began lightly tickling. She jumped and squealed a bit then rolled into a nice giggly laughing. "That's it", I said, "Just enjoy it and laugh". She said nothing. She just laughed in sync with how I was tickling her. The laughter was faster when I would speed up and more regular when I slowed down. When I got to the base of her toes, she jump and squeaked a few times and the laughing really increased, so I stayed there for a bit. All in all I tickled her foot non-stop for 5 minutes then as I stopped I told her to just relax with her eyes closed and take some deep breaths and feel all the stress flowing from her. She was amazed at how good she felt. "I can't beleive how good this works", she said "I got to get my husband to do this. It is wonderful". With that she just st there for a few more minutes and the put her shoe back on and we had lunch. We talked about it a bit more and I told her about the real full fledge way of doing this and she agreed that it was probably even better but what we did is something that she could get into easy enough for release at work.
It was a good Monday.
