One cannot just post a file as big as that here. That is why a file-sharing site like megaupload is used.
You click on the link and in the right top corner you will see a box saying "download". right next to it is a security code of 3 letters that you must type into the available box. The, after waiting for the required time, you can click on the link when it tells you to do so. That will enable you to download the file, which you will then see is quite large.
But it has been worth it, so thanks, footlover, for posting it.
