Those concrete pipe sections are supposed to be reinforced with embedded steel re-bar if they're going to go underground and have any weight on them at all. Probably best to find out early that thing wasn't worth a shit.
 
Obviously, after not failing on the slump test, they just did the the jump test. All I can say is: Cooooolvert! :jester:
