Amazing Charlie Chaplin movie from 1957 and yes, it has sound. It's extremely funny and there is a short but very very hot tickle scene in it. A sexy woman is bathing and gets charlie chaplin to come into the bathroom by crying for help. She complains that she hurt her ankle and charlie asks to see it and rubs it. Before putting it down though he flirts and sneaks in a couple quick tickles which causes her to smile and giggle.
