if it won't work, then you can go into pic's properties, then paste shortcut to url bar, or you can go to the ticklingtoons2 yahoo group.

Ahh yes, I remember this picture being on the Art of Tickling website, before it became a Yahoo Group. Its Kasumi Tendo from Ranma ½ (For anyone who didn't know). Very nice pic =D
