Well, I was watching the Steve Martin / Goldie Hawn movie "Housesitter"; near the beginning of the film Martin asks Hawn what if she speaks any English (she's faking a Hungarian accent.) She acts like she doesn't understand, and Martin's friend mentions "He asked you - are you ticklish and do you spank?".
Later on, Hawn mantions that she used to tickler her father's feet.
