A little help finding artist/pics

I can't remember for the life of me the artist name or web site, but does anyone remember the artist that drew pictures of hogtied/tickled anime characters. He did evangelion, digimon, and final fantasy to name a few. I know that's pretty general but he had a site full of just these kinds of pics posted in these forums. Any help or link is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'll try to narrow it down. I recall there being a pic of Ritsuko from Evangelion about to tickle Asuka. I also remember a pic of Yuna, Rikku, and Paine, ummmmm, some Zoe from Digimon. I know it's tough, sorry.
