This is an experiment in the creation of mood/atmosphere. I aim here for a Death Proof/Grindhouse/Dusk til Dawn/Natural Born Killers kind of vibe. Inspired by the story Tickling on the Road.
I so love a seedy, run-down, old motel. Not the kind with mold on the walls in the violent part of the city, but the kind that's out in the middle of nowhere, off a two-lane highway that just doesn't get used so much anymore. I think what I like best is the seventies decor.
It's cheap. It's forgotten. It's hopeless.
