Watch out folks. I bought an A.N.A video on clips4sale, it kept saying codec required, I downloaded every codec I could find, never had a problem with any other sites, and never got a refund or replacement clip.

Contact Clips4Sale technical department with your sales/order number. Let them know the problem, then they can authorize a redownload of the clip and also tell you the problem why the clip is not playing on your end.

I didnt hear anything back from you until you posted this in here. What did THEY (Tech Support) tell you??

Your the first one with this problem, so it has to be on your end. Be sure to update your codecs in your computer. Think you need K-Lite Codec Pack

I had problems playing a couple of the clips on WMV player on my Mac (OS 10.4). I tried the latest version of Flip4Mac, which didn't work either, but got everything working with VideoLAN player (see videolan.org).

Yep, VLC Player is very good

If you cant get a file to work properly you can also try running it through GSpot, which will tell you if you already have the required codec or need to download it. Good luck...

But you never responded back. You apparantly never took the advice of others. Now you wanna whine. I sent you an email asking for your mailing address so I can send you your $3.00 back. Hell I'll even send you $6.00 back. But you never showed up. You never wrote back. All you do in the group is whine and like to point fingers. That guy in the other post said it well...Why dont you produce SOMETHING credible on here also? Instead being the teachers pet and hall monitor and bitch about everything. You think your gonna destroy pple cause you point this and that out about pple. You want help, sure Ill help you fix the situation. But dont bitch and run away. That clip has sold 73 pieces alone SINCE the time you claimed your "codec searching" problem didnt work. No one else complained about THAT clip not working. So maybe the problem is STILL on your end. Why is it when I complain about something that is done wrong, people tell me to start producing my own videos? I apologize if you tried to help, but it didn't seem that way. You kept refering me to the tech support people, who told me to talk to you. It seemed like both of you were bouncing me back and forth, that's all.

And am I really out to ruin you? If you've gotten as many hits on that video as you've said, what are you worried about?

Because its your "tone" on here. I dont see any messages bad mouthing the tech support support people of Clips4Sale in a recurring fashion. But you make a complaint, we try to help you and you dont say anything in response for over 30 days...we dont know if you got the problem fixed or not. So I assume you got your shit together on your end. But lo and behold here you go month or two later "Watch out folks. You singled us out by saying what you said. A.N.A. and never had a problem with ANY OTHER SITE..is pretty much saying "Yes folks A.N.A. is the ONLY site screwing me over for my $3...Also, you NEVER gave me an address to send your refund to, did ya? You know Clips4Sale is not giving you back the money. So wheres the address so I can give you your $6?

And what am I worried about? Im trying to make sure I treat you with the same respect as if you spent $100, not just because you spent $3. You want me to sweep your problem under the rug because "ho ho, its only $3 he spent, let's screw him over". You never made an effort to PM me or write me over at [email protected] since that time after "you downloaded every codec man made in the last 50 years". But now you wanna come and warn the masses, like a hall monitor. Get real and stop acting silly and come correct.
