A Person’s Weight?

Here is something I’ve always wondered about. Is there a correlation between a person’s weight, and their degree of ticklishness? For example, would a heavy set lady tend to be more ticklish than a lady of thin stature? Maybe some of you have tickled enough women of various sizes to be able to voice an opinion?

No. Weight has nothing to do with how ticklish a woman is or isn't.

I don't know about actual ticklishness, but the type of laughter is sometimes dependent on lung characteristics. Just going by my own experiences, I've noticed that the girls that have the loudest laughs tend to be bigger. Lung size is usually proportionate to body size.

That being said, laughter can also be affected by other things, like social anxiety or culture. Some women laugh more quietly due to being more shy, for example.

As for actual ticklishness, that seems to be pretty complex. It's not necessarily a matter of how much the person is accustomed to being touched, and sometimes ticklishness is affected by how comfortable someone is with who is doing the touching. You're often likely to get a better ticklish response when the person is more comfortable with you or really likes you.

I wonder if there's any scientific or medical evidence to support any correlation between the two.

As an objective fact, I've been pretty fat. Like "rolls don't stop moving when you do" fat. There's nothing wrong with it imo but now as a much smaller person, my ticklishness is the same. I'm still way way ticklish and I don't notice any difference on that front. Other women may have different answers, cause we all have different bodies.
