Is any way possible to make a girls feet ticklish or more tickling because I have one friend non ticklish and one little ticklish on their feet!

Have you ever tried giving either of them a foot massage before tickling? The better the circulation, the more sensative the area will be.

Removal of dead skin via a pumice stone (which is sometimes done during a pedicure) should make the soles more sensitive. Pumice stones are not expensive, and can be found at the pharmacy.

Limeoutsider, can you elaborate on your remark about the Bed, Bath and Beyond gang? I would imagine mostly women work at those stores, so I am extra curious for the details behind your comment, "wow, do those (Bed, Bath and Beyond) people have foot fetishes." 😛
