hi. long time since i've been here. we're getting tons of emails. hopefully the following announcements will help out. 🙂


*yes we are still closing down our mail order services on February 28th. we will only accept cd-rom orders until that evening.

*all dvds have sold out. we have none left and no more will be made.

*cd-rom movies are alive and well! we have ample supply to last beyond our shut down date. we will not run out of cd-roms but we will indefinitely stop selling them on the 28th.

*the cd-rom section has been updated with some new titles.

*contrary to what we had thought, we might also close down the online streaming video section (at the end of March) leaving only the 5 minute downloadable clips section open. we're trying to figure out if we'll have the time needed to operate it.

*the cd-rom movies are for everyone! they will work in your cd drive on your computer. they are NOT dvds. they are mpeg digital files just like the average preview clip on the internet. but these are the full length movies. please take advantage of the low cost of $25 each before we stop selling them on the 28th. after that they will not be available anywhere. we truly believe many of our tickling movies are among the best ever made, at any time, anywhere. so don't miss out on these cdroms. they WILL BE collectors items!

TIB, If you no longer wish to produce or sell a commercial product, that is fine, however, I am VERY concerned about the preservation of your archives. You have said so yourself that your product is among the best ever made in the communities and genre

amnesiac thanks for your concern and advice. it's much appreciated. but rest easy! 🙂 all original footage is safe and sound, in a couple different places.

on a slightly different subject i should probably take this time to express the fact that our copyrights to all of our footage will remain in tact, and will be enforced if need be. i've heard that some might be under the impression that if we no longer sell our tickling videos, then they can sell them. wrong! way wrong!

as we've stated we are closing nearly all of our "services" on March 1st. probably only the 5 minute downloadable clips will remain on our website. yes the website will stay open. but that does not make for open season on selling our tickling material. nothing will change in regards to our copyrights to everything we have made.

Added the original TOH movie to CDROM

remember the original trio of hysterics with Kaylee, Crissy and Jessela? we've added it to the cdrom sales page which is located here. scroll about 3/4's of the way down the page and click on the picture for detailed info. this video was the first time Crissy M was ever in a tickling video.

This just dawned on me. Can you imagine how completely thrilled and ecstatic companies like PV, FM and others must have been when they read that TIB was closing shop and not making any new videos? PV especially. They have seemed to dislike TIB from day one. I wonder why? I mean wow what a great gift for the remaining tickle companies. No real competition to deal with anymore. No standards to reach for. Im afraid we are about to go back to the early/mid 90's with tickling videos now. 🙁

So you'll still have the time to raise hell if we want to sell OUR purchased property on ebay? ...Geeez. Y'all are definately something else, ha ha.

They say they will pursue all copyright infringement cases. Ya right, talk about time consuming and bring yor wallet as well. I am not saying to copy and sell there tapes but it is almost impossible and very unrealistic to think that they will pursue even a few if any infringement cases. Even if they pursue a few the cost and time would be overwhelming. TIB thinks he can scare people off with his threats. I bet he is very wrong. Also, I am in the process of checking on any length of time statutes involving copyrights I will report back when I find out the answers.

For that matter then, you could also without fear copy and sell tapes of all the producers, right Talons? Even MTP, PV and FM's stuff? Is that what you're saying to us Talons? Let me know.

CDFGA and talons are nearing a valid point. I wouldn't condone selling copies of copies of tape and having your own pirating business on Ebay. But these tapes are supposed to be collector's items. Actually, sadly, as great as these tapes are, they will never be collector's items. Once you buy them, they become worthless, because you can't re-sell them when you are tired of them, and/or need the money.

Why don't the companies just watch Ebay, and when they notice one seller selling 30 or 40 copies of "Happy Hour," or whatever, then you know you are on to something.

Why do people want to sell their tapes?
-They are tired of watching them, and rather than throw them away, losing $40, they sell them for something, at least.
-They bought the tape, but it wasn't what they expected, the preview made it look better than he actual tape was, so they wish to sell it to someone who will like it - There are tapes I think are merely okay, that others have thought masterpieces.
-no matter how good a tape is, eventually, you will get tired of it. Dark City and Se7en are my two favorite movies of all time - but I haven't watched either of them in several months.

Let's keep this in perspective: this is just another desperate "sense of urgency" tactic to raise some $$$ by a man who doesn't have the time to produce material, but has plenty of time to chase copywrite offenders.

Yes Dodger, that is exactly what I am saying. I have a friend who is a patent attorney. His firm handles companies such as Proctor and Gamble and Johnson Controls to name a few. He has said that copyright infringement is very expensive and time consuming to fight. Most times, unless you are losing a shitload of money on the infringement, the end does not justify the means. Also, I did not say without fear. I said it is unrealistic and probably unlikely but you never know and as with everything else there is risk involved. An example of what I mean would be say 15 or 20 of us started selling our femfeet tapes on Ebay. Do you realize the cost and time it would take for TIB to get a judgement against each and every one of us? Even if he tried against a few he would quickly be discouraged by the turmoil that it would cause in his life. I guess I could be wrong about this but I am confident that I am not.
