Apparently they sell "odd" stuff - and given the relative popularity of this and similar mainstream products, I'd say even tickling fetish is getting to surface, lately.

I'd even say that tickling coupled with foot fetish makes the whole thing LESS kinky or weird.

Tickling isn't inherently sexual - and even non-fetishists like to tickle for the sadistic sake of it.

Besides, in this particular case, the foot itself doesn't look sexual or fetish, since it is a logical part to tickle.
