Didja ever get the stench completely out of the microwave afterwards? I burnt a bag in my Mom's nuker while I was watching her place, and it was nigh impossible to get it back to it's original state. As it says on the bag, "Microwave ovens vary...". :umm:

it took some deodorant, but yeah, the burned smell is gone. However, my dog cant stop humping it. Damn this new Chocolate AXE!!

Jk... i let it air out immediately. I put it on a place beforehand so it never actually damaged it

I don't really like popcorn all that much. It was WAY worse when I was 12-16 though, thought I was going to vomit everytime I stepped into a movie theater. Thank you food poisoning! :ggrin: When I think I was 11 or 12 I ate two GINORMOUS, MASSIVELY HUGE bowls filled with popcorn, then I got violently ill afterwards (more from eating such an atrocious amount of popcorn). It was nasty, and let's just leave it at that. Now, it usually smells pretty good and I can eat a few handfuls, but if I eat any more than that, I feel disgusting. 🙁

they leak..and shorties like me have to stand on tippy toe to clean the damn splattered butter from the sides of the microwave...the roof..kettle korn popcorn doesn't leak..why do the butter ones leak????

Not to pry but...you are following the handy instructions and placing the correct side down in the microwave, right Iz? Just checking! Microwave popcorn bag technology might not be adequately blond-proofed just yet. 😉
