A White Christmas.. Maybe.

The forecast for the snowstorm that pounded NYC and so many other North East/Mid Atlantic Cities was right on, and was forecast .. a week in advance.

Now they are saying.

NYC might have

"A White Christmas"?

As of now., the forecast for Christmas Day in NYC is.

"Rain Changing To Snow throughout the day"

And the forecast for Christmas Night is.

"Snow Showers, Snow Accumulation less than one inch"

The only White Christmas I've ever experienced was a less than memorable one.

In 2002, my first year with the forum, when I was living in Lancaster, PA

We had about 9 inches of heavy , wet snow, and my mom and me lost our power for about 9 hours.

Right now, it does not look like anything significant, in comparison to the piles of snow lying around my town currently.

We will see if it turns into anything more significant.

Dude, really? If people are that sensitive that they're going to get bent out of shape over something that clearly has absolutely nothing to do with race, they should probably be receiving care in some type of facility because I don't know how they'll be able to survive in the real world with such thin skin. Snow is pretty clearly white, and the phrase "white Christmas" has nothing to do with race. People need to stop creating problems where there aren't any.

Whatever forecast was posted first, now seems to be very wrong.

The current forecast for NYC on Christmas Day is heavy rain, and temps in the 50s.

Fine with me, after the heavy snow and brutally cold temps we had this past week.

Tonight is windy, very warm, and very rainy.

No White Christmas this year
