Hi all...
I've included the link to this thread along with a couple of quick stories...
I started this thread a couple of years ago in "Tickling Discussion", I believe and I happened to be looking through some old threads and had no idea there were so many replies to this, so I thought I would reply to my own thread and bring it over this forum for everyone to see...
I'm sure this will generate a little controversy, but I can assure all of you that there is no harmful intent with "accidental" tickling....
Here is the link to the first thread and my last response follow...

Just happened to revisit some old threads that I started A LOOOONNNNGGG time ago and found that this thread had a load of replies
I definitely agree with many of the posts saying that caution is a must with this situation, but I am curious...Can anyone "really prove" that the "accidental" tickle was indeed intentional?
I just thought the idea of "emotional distress" and "sexual harrassment" (which was mentioned in replies) was a bit much. I mean usually it's just a quick tickle and not prolonged.
I have been burned a couple of times, but nothing major...here are 2 instances:
1) Walking around in a department store and saw a very nice looking lady...probably late 30s, early 40s...brown hair, about 5'3"...she was with her son in the school supply area when she kneeled down to look at folders her foot came off her slide( I think that's what their called...slip on shoe with no backing or strap)...so her foot was at a 90 degree angle from her slide and completely exposed...I "accidentally" dropped my keys and when I picked them up, I did so with my index finger extended and I got a really good tickle on her sole from the ball of her foot up to her heel.
She shot up and glared at me, then looked down and saw me holding my keys...right away I responded with "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to..." and she responded with a really sarcastic "Excuuuussse Me", then her son interupted her and said "Take it easy Mom, he said he was sorry"...
I again responded with "Sorry, didn't mean to startle you" and she turned around looking through folders again...The ironic thing was that her son looked at me and kind of smiled, as if he was amused by the situation...well maybe that's wishful thinking
Well needless to say, I bought my stuff and left
Example #2...
This instance really had my heart pumping because I really had no response and didn't know what to do or say...I was actually at a grocery store that I shop at often and happened to be in the card aisle when I noticed a pretty woman, probably early 40s, maybe late 30s...she was wearing shorts and flip-flops...probably about 5'5" or 5'6" and slender...if I had to guess...I'd say maybe size 7 or 7 1/2 feet...
I "accidentally" dropped the envelope for the card I was buying and it conveniently fell by her right instep...when I picked up the envelope, again I did so with my index finger extended and ran it along her instep...
Her foot flinched and she brought her foot over to her left heel to scratch the part that I tickled...She turned around and saw me holding the card and just glared at me...
"Sorry about that, I didn't mean..." I started
"You know what? You've done that to me before..." She replied...her eyes staring a hole right through me
I was literally burned...I didn't know what to say and I was probably turning more red by each passing second...
"I don't know what you're talking about...sorry again...it was an accident" I replied walking away
I took a peek back and she looked kinda pissed as she continued looking through the cards...
Needless to say, I ditched the card in one of the aisles and left ASAP.
Just thought I'd keep this thread alive, and I'll probably post this in the "true tickling stories" forum, too.
Thanks,
Pips
