It looks marginally effective, but the guy says he's not that ticklish so who knows.

[The Depths]

That brush needs to spin fast like an electric tooth brush. I think different brush heads positioned on the side/knife of the foot would also help improve this device. Multiple brushes moving at different speeds and angles, spinning in different directions would throw the brain and nervous system off enough to work, I believe.
